Environmental Improvements - 2003 to 2004
- Air: Installation of a filter to prevent pollution from Welding section:
- reduction of particulate to 0,15 - 0,60 mg/Nmc (limit of law: 15 mg/Nmc )
- reduction of NOx to < 1 mg/Nmc (limit of law: 100 mg/Nmc )
Installation of an electrofilter to prevent pollution from a new Die Casting section:
- emission of particulate 0,3-0,5 mg/Nmc (limit of law: 14 mg/Nmc )
- emission of NOx 25-30 mg/Nmc (limit of law: 350 mg/Nmc )
- Water: Water coming out from Painting Plant is recycled in the booth and not sent out by industrial water line.
- Noise: kept under control the level of external noise: 50-60 dB (limit of law: 70 dB)
- Energy: Installation of a monitoring system to control the consumption of each section at any time.
